BTCL Telesheba is a public service-oriented application that allows subscribers of Bangladesh Telecommunications Company Limited (BTCL) to complain about the services (telephone, internet, ADSL, and others) provided by BTCL. The complaints will be automatically sent to the respective officers of BTCL, who will then have to take some action in regard to the complaints. How to use it? To use the app, first sign up with your valid email address and 11-digit mobile number. After signing up, you can log in with your email address or 11-digit mobile number. Users of the app can submit complaints, examine statistics, view a list of concerns that have been resolved, and receive notifications when actions are taken regarding their complaints. Complaints may also be assigned to and forwarded by BTCL officers.
